Situated on a modern waterside development approximately 250 metres from the harbour side and only 10 mins level walk from the town centre and quay.  The two bedroom centrally heated houses built in 1989 and are fitted out to the very highest standard. The holiday house enjoys open views of Poole harbour from all rooms in the two bed roomed house. Every effort has been made to supply all that is required to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Quay side 4 star rated  -This holiday house has two bedrooms and will sleep up to three persons. Its position along the front overlooking the park & sea benefits of these views from all rooms in the holiday house. The patio is south west facing and has sun on the patio from mid morning until sunset. Allocated parking is also provided close to the property. 

Quayside is equipped to the very highest standard and benefiting from allocated off road parking space. The holiday house are personally serviced and supervised by us to maintain our high standard of cleanliness and comfort. All linen bedding & towels are provided, you only need to bring beach towels. Should there be any problems we are only 35 minutes away. We try to pay a short visit to our guests within a few days of their arrival to make sure that all is well.  We are pleased that many visitors return year after year to take advantage of the ideal location  comfortable accommodation and service we offer.

For the comfort of our guests we do not take pets and we operate a "No Smoking" policy.
