BOOKING CONDITIONS
1. BOOKING - A provisional booking will be held for 1 week only. Payment of a deposit
of £50.00 per week is required to secure a booking, subject to final payment
being made. Unfortunately, the deposit is not refundable in the event of
cancellation. Cheques should be made payable to Mrs S.A.Fuller
2. BALANCE - The balance will be due eight weeks before the start of the tenancy. No
booking is finalised until the total payment, including damage deposit (see
breakages), is received.
3. CANCELLATION - Cancellations must be confirmed in writing and acknowledged by the
owners. Bookings cancelled within eight weeks of the start of the tenancy
become payable in full. If the property is re-let, then a 50% refund of the
booking fee, plus the damage deposit, will be returned.
You are strongly advised to take out
holiday/cancellation insurance to cover this eventuality that we offer when
confirming holiday booking.
4. TENANCY - The hire is granted under the 1988 HOUSING ACT for holiday accommodation
and that no right to remain in the property exists for the client or anyone in
the clients party. Charge will be levied on guests staying beyond the time of
vacation, £10.00 per hour min £50.00*
Quayside The property will be ready for
occupation from 3.00 p.m.and must be vacated by 10 a.m.on the day of
departure.*
5.
TERMS - In an effort to maintain the property to a high standard, you are asked
to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. Smoking is not allowed within the property.
The owners reserve the right to refuse a booking if they consider the
property unsuitable for the party. If the accommodation is not available for
any reason, any monies paid will be refunded in full and final settlement.
Clients are fully responsible in the case of accident or loss or damage from
any cause whatsoever for themselves, their children or any person who is
invited into the property during their stay. The owners make every effort to
ensure the property is safe and secure in all aspects for the enjoyment of
their clients. The number of persons occupying the property must not exceed
four persons unless by prior arrangement and confirmed in writing by the
owners. Use of the car park space or communal parking spaces is at the users
own risk. Person(s) placing the booking must be at least 18 years of age and on
behalf of their party, accept the terms and booking conditions of hire. Payment
of the deposit assumes acceptance of the above terms and booking conditions.
6. EXCESS CLEANING/DAMAGE DEPOSIT - A returnable deposit of £50.00 is held against
excess cleaning charges, loss, damages, breakages. The damage deposit will be
returned after deductions, if applicable, within approx. 14 days, following
receipt of the keys.

KEYS - The keys will be posted to you
after receipt of the balance and in good time before the start of your holiday.
8.
BEDS & LINEN
Quay Side -The property has a full size double bed upstairs and
adult size single bed in bedroom 2. Bed
linen, hand, bath and tea towels are provided for 3 persons at no additional
cost..
9. PETS - We apologise for any inconvenience but we believe
the property is unsuitable for pets.
10. FOR THE COMFORT OF OUR GUESTS we operate a "No Smoking" policy.
11. TARIFF (2008) - The letting period is from Saturday 24TH April
through to the 25Th October. Minimum letting period is one week, from Saturday
to Saturday. Tariff varies between £325 for low season and £575 for high season
bookings. A 10% discount will be applied to second and subsequent consecutive
weeks booked. There are no additional charges for gas,
electricity & water or linen & towels. Only beach towels are not
provided.
